Power & Utilities
Substations, bulk supply points, transmission and distribution networks.
A Saudi contracting establishment built on engineering expertise, organised management and an uncompromising safety culture.

Our story
Sayeh International Contracting Establishment (SIC) — مؤسسة ساية العالمية للمقاولات — was founded in 2011 with a clear focus: to deliver electro-mechanical and infrastructure works to the standard the Saudi market's most demanding clients require.
From our early substation and cabling scopes, we built a reputation for accountable, engineering-led delivery, and grew into a full-service contractor operating across Riyadh, Jeddah and the wider Kingdom. Under the leadership of CEO Abdul Jabbar Al-Jabarti, SIC has partnered with tier-one names — Saudi Electricity Company, SABIC and the Royal Commission among them — on projects central to Saudi Arabia's power and industrial base. Today we stand at the intersection of the Kingdom's two great growth engines: the expansion of the national grid and the Vision 2030 construction boom.
Sayeh International Contracting was formed in 2011 to serve our clients with valuable services and meet their expectations to a higher level of satisfaction. We proudly serve prestigious clients across the Kingdom with organised management, a competent team of technical expertise, and sufficient manpower for electro-mechanical works — including HV/EHV/MV substations, utilities & infrastructure, and rental equipment services.
What drives us
To be the Kingdom's contractor of choice for electro-mechanical and infrastructure works — recognised for engineering integrity, safe delivery and a lasting contribution to Saudi Arabia's energy and industrial future.
To deliver every project to the highest standards of quality and safety as a single accountable partner — combining self-performed civil, mechanical and electrical capability with disciplined engineering.
Accountability, safety, quality, integrity and national contribution — one team answerable from first drawing to final handover, building Saudi capability along the way.
HSE & Quality
Every project runs under a documented HSE regime — method statements, risk assessments, permits-to-work and a live toolbox-talk culture — reflecting the expectations of the Kingdom's leading power and industrial clients.
On high-voltage and industrial sites, this discipline protects our people, our clients' assets and the project programme in equal measure. Quality is assured through inspection and test plans, disciplined termination and commissioning practice, and full documentation at handover — so what we deliver is not only built, but verified.
